Call for Papers: International Conference on Foresight, Athens

The Athens Institute for Education and Research (ATINER) organizes its International Conference on Foresight in Athens, Greece, on 22-25 June 2015. The aim of the conference is to bring together scholars, researchers and students from all areas of Futures Studies and other related disciplines. The Conference will include topics such as:

  • Culture, Civilization and Humanity, Transhumanity
  • Science – Technology and Economy
  • Science – Technology and Society
  • Economics and Politics
  • Economic, Social and Environmental Sustainability
  • Political Economy, Policy, Economy and Society (Individual and Common, Globalization and Regionalism, Autonomy and Interdependence)
  • Foresight Methodology, Tools and Techniques

Call for papers ends on March 2nd, 2015. If you are interested in presenting please submit a 300-word abstract, by e-mail to: atiner@atiner.gr, using the abstract submission form available at http://www.atiner.gr/2015/FORM-FOS.doc. Abstracts should include the title of paper, full name (s), affiliation, current position, e-mail address and at least three keywords that best describe the subject of your submission. Decisions are reached within four weeks. If your submission is accepted, you will receive information on registration deadlines and paper submission requirements.
